Abacus Technology is seeking a Scheduler to support project tracking and management for Marshall Space Flight Center. This is a full-time position.

Develop comprehensive program/project schedules through logic development and/or evaluation of logic networks, WBS, and WBS dictionaries. Monitor the implementation and progress of project schedules. Update schedules to reflect current project plans and requirements. Provide analysis of schedule progress in relation to baseline objectives. Gather and incorporate schedule progress, critical path identification and analysis, conducts "what-if" scenario analysis and work-around planning, and provides project management with resource and schedule projections. Conduct ongoing project schedule reporting and maintains project schedule archives.

5-10 years experience supporting projects through scheduling and coordination. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must have a background in supporting technical tasks and project management functions according to the complete project life cycle. Must be able to work closely with technical teams and government program managers with equal efficiency. Extensive experience with MS Project or similar tool. Must be highly motivated, assertive, and possess excellent communication skills. Must be a US citizen.
