Abacus Technology is seeking a Program Analyst to providing scheduling and management support for Marshall Space Flight Center. This is a full-time position.

Provide program control support using functional user knowledge and experience in cost/schedule management, automated planning/control tools, cost estimating, and/or funds management. Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and earned value reporting matrices and prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems. Provide support during the PPBE process. Provide support with implementing and maintaining EVM within a project environment to include: planning and setting up the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), performing EVM data analysis, and reporting (using commercial EVM tools such as Cobra or Empower).

5-10 years professional experience including project analysis and support for government contracts. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Knowledge of project scheduling as it relates to overall program management support. Able to make recommendations and provide guidance based on evaluation results. Solid communication skills are critical. Must be a US citizen.
