QualificationsFunctions as backup inpatient coder, appropriatley coding inpatient medical records ytilizing DSM-V and ICD-10-CM coding systems for claims processing. Responsible for re-analysis, update and competion of medical documentation by clinicians according to the Joint Commission, CMS and other regulatory guidelines. Responsible for weekly delinquency count for physicians ans other clinicians.
