We have an immediate need for an Operations Program Integrator at our Huntsville, Alabama Advanced Manufacturing Facility.
In this role, you will lead and represent the Operations team across multiple sites in developing and executing maturity and transition plans for development stage programs. This role will be the primary interface with key team members to ensure alignment of Operations and Program objectives across multiple sites.

We've begun hiring for our third facility in the Huntsville area, a 379,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility near the Huntsville airport that will specialize in the production and assembly of inert solid rocket motor components. We are also continuing to grow at our Huntsville center of excellence for Missile Solutions Program Management and Engineering, as well as our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in north Huntsville, where we produce advanced propulsion products.

60% - Establish and oversee program plans for the operations site teams to successfully execute the program requirements relative to schedule, cost, and performance/quality. This will include hardware manufacturing, tool design and fabrication, staffing, process development, and facility needs.
30% - Interface with program teams members and customers to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment. Develop recovery plans when issue arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.
10% - Work special projects as assigned and recommend improvements to key processes that would improve the overall flow of the site's products.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related major and at least two (2) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires U.S. Citizenship or status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
