PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The machine/assembly operator will operate machinery or perform manual assembly duties in the most productive and efficient manner with due regard to safety
• The operator is accountable for the quality of the products produced at the work station
• The operator is responsible for reading and understanding the operator instructions at the workstation
• Perform repetitive line assembly operations to assemble product quickly to approved specifications
• Apply and follow all standardized work and operating instructions.
• Utilize wide range of powered-hand tools to assembly check, adjust or repair appliances
• Ensure that the workstation is clean at all times

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2+ years machine operation experience
• 2 years of turret punch press and press brake/bending machine experience
• Soldering and brazing experience preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with complexity and ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to interact with team members at all levels
• Strong attention to details, listening skills, influencing style and proactive measures is essential for success
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
