Position: Master Scheduler
Location: Alabaster, AL
Reports To: Vice President of Operations- Crane Systems

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Master Scheduler to join our team. The Master Scheduler will be responsible for managing the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of products, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an accurate production schedule that meets customer demand while optimizing production efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and work with purchasing to ensure raw materials are available as needed
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and shipping to resolve scheduling issues and minimize disruptions
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production processes, making recommendations for improvements where necessary
- Track and report on production progress, identifying potential schedule deviations and implementing corrective action as needed
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs, adjusting the production schedule as necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Master Scheduling role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and scheduling software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
