You will be a vital part of analyzing financial information and prepare financial reports.
Primary responsibilities:
- Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations and manage month-end close procedures for specific properties
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for assigned properties
- Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation schedules
- Handle loan compliance reporting, rent calculations, and lease interpretation
- Prepare cash flow analysis and assist in the budgeting and forecasting for new potential developments
- Assist in special projects, property reports, and make suggestions process improvements
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced Excel skills, Yardi is a plus
- 1-2+ years of general ledger accounting preferred, real estate experience highly desired
- Ability to work independently as well as collectively
- Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external contacts
- Desire to take on extra responsibilities and multi-task under strict deadlines

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
