We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for engaging alongside business stakeholders in the evaluation of Wesco's current systems and processes as an advocate for change that ensures delivery of established outcomes, best practice, and continued efficiencies. The Business Analyst is required to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders by organizing and coordinating resources through assigned project lifecycles from conception through successful implementation.

Through these processes, the Business Analyst must understand how stakeholders are impacted by proposed changes and assist in bridging the knowledge gap between business needs and viable technological solutions. They are responsible for eliciting and confirming information about the current state, defining the necessary future conditions, and synthesizing relevant information into requirements and solution designs.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for successfully completing specific tasks within projects, as assigned. These tasks will be accomplished by following the lead of a Senior Business Analyst or supervisor. The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting other team members by producing visual workflow diagrams, user stories, requirement documents, and solution designs to clearly define changes needed within the organization. The Business Analyst will work cohesively with teams to plan and execute a complete project lifecycle, resulting in the delivery of reliable, value-adding work products that meet the business needs.

Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU)

* Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics is preferred; or equivalent business or Information Technology experience

* Minor studies in Information Technology is a plus Experience

* Must have 2-4 years of business or I.T. experience

* Demonstrated experience working as a collaborative team member, within a multi-discipline environment

* Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to discover the real causes to reported problems, enabling stakeholder awareness and understanding to drive successful outcomes
