ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
. Monitor restaurant associates in their daily work tasks. Assisting staff as required.
. Supervise guest service in the restaurant and bar, assuring brand standards are upheld.
. Establish and re-inforce side work by restaurant staff, to confirm completion.
. Communicate daily, all special groups and/or tastings to be held in the restaurant.
. Set up and confirm daily, the floor plan and coverage for the day with staff.
. Provide approved training for all new hires in the restaurant and/or bar.
. Assist with and/or provide menu classes and/or taste panels, with the staff.
. Enforce safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
. Must have at least one year of restaurant dining supervision, with face-to-face interactions with guests.
. Must complete Alcohol Service Certification.
. Must complete ServSafe Certification.
