Job Summary

The Consolidations Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the monthly, quarterly and annual close process as well as the preparation of the Company's quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements. This position is part of the Chief Accounting Officer's organization based in Davidson, North Carolina, and reports directly to the Manager, Consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly, quarterly and yearly close and full consolidation process
• Prepare quarterly financial statements for quarterly and annual SEC filings
• Support special projects such as acquisitions and divestitures
• Serve as liaison between various finance teams to coordinate timely submissions
• Help ensure appropriate design and operating effectiveness of SOX controls
• Assist external auditors in the review of quarterly and annual financial information

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with accounting major (or Master's degree in Accounting)
• 1 or more years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or public accounting
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail
• Energetic, proactive individual capable of succeeding in a fast-paced environment; ability to work comfortably with senior management
• Prior experience with HFM is a plus
