Position: Supervisor of Merchandising

Status: Full Time, Exempt, Salaried

Location: Alabama (Alabama area)

Reports To: Director of Merchandising

Direct Reports: Part Time Merchandisers

Travel: Heavy local/regional travel, occasional national travel

Duties: Represent territory on behalf of accelerate360. Work with retailers and service partners to ensure stores are merchandised properly and inventory is handled appropriately to maximize sales.

  • Coaching and training of merchandising partners
  • Store audits to assure high quality of service by partners
  • Review of reporting and analytics to highlight priority stores
  • Reporting and follow-up to solve retailer and partner issues
  • Assuring store merchandising according to company standards
  • Monitor & increase sales for retail partners by assuring service expectations are met
  • Servicing stores as needed
  • Hiring, training, coaching, managing performance of part time merchandiser staff. Assuring merchandisers are in compliance with company policies and local, state, federal labor laws.
  • Assuring merchandising staff is working within budget constraints
  • Travel expected at 75%+ to cover territory
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary $54,600
  • Company laptop & credit card to cover business expenses (Fuel while Working)

Qualifications:

  • High School Required / College Degree Preferred
  • 2+ Years Retail / General Merchandise Experience Preferred
  • Previous Management experience a plus
  • Strong written & oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to foster strong positive relationships with retail clients
  • Strong attention to details skills, problem solving and organizational skills a must
  • Strong work ethic, looking for those that want to learn, develop and grow with the company
  • Successful experience in a fast paced and dynamic organization
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism
  • MS Office Suite Experience including Expert Level MS Excel
  • Active Smartphone
