Essential Job Functions:

* Lead A & T / HPT continuous improvement efforts.

* Understand customer requirements and prioritize resources to meet customer requirements.

* Must currently work in A & T or Shipping.

* Minimum of two years A&T or Shipping experience

* Ability to maintain and update data using mainframe (MSS) computer system and Microsoft Excel. Update HPT Boards and other functions as necessary.

* Lead HPT monthly and weekly meetings and daily huddles.

* Ensure product is ready for shipment by maintaining shipping / assembly supplies, and placing orders timely and accurately (i.e., boxes, packing material, tape, etc....)

* Utilize and trouble-shoot finished goods receipt (FGR) process.

* Utilize excel to produce graphs and charts.

* Ability to direct others and a passion for continuous improvement.

* Ability to explain the cell boards and other Parker goals.

* All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledge: Computer literate (preferred MSS mainframe); MS products - Excel with charting and graphing; HPT goals and site goals.

Skills: Transfer knowledge to employees through training and demonstration; Communicate effectively; Organizational and process sequencing skills; Effectively lead continuous improvement in a high-performance team environment. Computer skills to create graphs and charts.

Abilities: Able to effectively work on and manage multiple tasks without direct supervision: Ability to communicate effectively to customer service, peers, and team. Able to maintain composure under high stress levels and respond to ever changing workflow. Able to prioritize workflow to support production schedules; Required to perform essential job functions above.
