LMI is seeking a skilled Aviation Data Management Analyst in Huntsville, AL.

Under the guidance of the assigned government lead, manage day-to-day operations and task management from GCSS-Army Enterprise Aviation Logistics, PM GCSS-Army, and key stakeholders. Must be comfortable interacting with key leadership, articulate, and proactive. Must be able to work in a highly charged and fast-paced environment to prioritize and complete assigned tasks with minimal guidance, seeking guidance and clarification as required. Interacts with staff at all levels and across organizational teams and subordinate programs.

The Aviation Data Management Analyst will work on-site at the client organization located in Huntsville, AL or Fort Lee, Virginia. The Training Development and Delivery Specialist will support PdM GCSS-Army in developing and delivering training products. Participate in the design and structuring of Interactive Multimedia Instructional products for online delivery. Individual will answer training mailbox queries, research answers, and provide a clear summary response. The candidate will be responsible for the Fielding and Training activities in which the latest release of GCSS-Army Aviation Logistics is fielded to the Army Aviation communities. Provide Aviation logistics management expertise on an as required basis. Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the transition of assigned organizational elements from legacy information systems to GCSS-Army, Enterprise Aviation Logistics. Coordinates and tracks all fielding activities with and communications between all elements of PMO GCSS-Army, the converting/ fielded unit(s). Works with fielding team to ensure converting unit structure and rules for conversion (templates), data cleansing, training and validation are completed. Requires exceptional ability to plan, prioritize and execute on multiple events at one time.

Duties may include:

    Responsible for Service Desk incident criticality adjudication spanning support requests received by phone, email, and a ServiceNow ticket management system.
  • Responsible for all contact, follow-up, and resolution with customers who contact the Service Desk.
  • Support avenues to leverage/establish ServiceNow functionality to establish a Support Desk management system.
  • Reviews and performs issue resolution in the various modules of ServiceNow to identify trends.
  • Provide technical support for escalated issues.
  • Manage and ensure that all issues are documented/closed in a timely manner.
  • Mentor and provide technical assistance to staff where necessary.
  • Develop and manage support metrics to track and assess the effectiveness of the support process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provides technical support to customers by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations.
  • Provides answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Improves customer references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Working with the Aviation Interface Error Workbench (ZERROR) which outlines the functional requirements of capturing, displaying, sorting, filtering, and reprocessing of errors generated during any of the three inbound interfaces, Flight, Fault, Operational and Technical Status.
  • Collect data, analyze, and provide analysis summary as required.
  • Align performance with organizational missions, logistics goals and objectives, and customer requirements.
  • Responsible for delivery of classroom training.
  • Responsible for "over the shoulder" training.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in US Army automated Logistics.
  • Experience with GCSS-Army EAVN or Aircraft Notebook (ACN).
  • Experience with GCSS-Army and SAP a plus.
  • Knowledge of multiple SAP business modules areas a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • GCSS-Army Plant Maintenance (Aviation) experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% or more of the time.
  • Training development and delivery experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Captivate is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent research techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be self-directed and detail oriented.
  • Must be a loyal team player with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Works well under stress.

Education:

  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields, with master's degree preferred - experience can replace education.

Clearance: Must be US Citizen and have an active SECRET clearance.
