LMI is seeking a skilled GCSS-Army Master Data Analyst in Huntsville, AL.

Under the guidance of the assigned government lead, manage day-to-day operations and task management from GCSS-Army Enterprise Aviation Logistics, PM GCSS-Army, and key stakeholders. Must be comfortable interacting with key leadership, articulate, and proactive. Must be able to work in a highly charged and fast-paced environment to prioritize and complete assigned tasks with minimal guidance, seeking guidance and clarification as required. Interacts with staff at all levels and across organizational teams and subordinate programs. The individual will utilize extensive background in SAP Master Data to help sustain and integrate new increments into an existing system and can strategically think across SAP and Non-SAP landscapes in support of data management for the entire landscape. Work location is in government space in Huntsville, AL or Fort Lee, VA with possible local travel to other offsite government facilities.

Responsibilities
    Responsible for defining, driving, and supporting the data management / validation conversion process for GCSS-Army Enterprise Aviation Logistics.
  • Provide direct support to Army COMPOs, PdM Global Combat Support-Army, and Prime Contractor in the Sustainment of an Army ERP system through its Lifecycle.
  • Sustainment of the master data in GCSS-Army ensuring synchronization of master data between GCSS-Army, AESIP and other trading partners.
  • Directly supports Tier II master data cleanup on SNP in GCSS-Army to items that impacts MMDF, MMIS, BOM, and AOAP.
  • Monitor and analyze master data in GCSS-Army identifying anomalies. Establish an appropriate course of action to address identified anomalies.
  • Responsible for analyzing HDTs submitted to update serial number profiles, build of material (BII, OCIE, AAL, OBSL, DMPL), UII, and NIIN master data with-in GCSS-Army.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in GCSS Army and 5-10 years DoD experience.
  • GCSS-Army aviation logistics experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent knowledge of key SAP Master Data objects such as Material, Equipment, BOM's, Customers, Vendors and Personnel master data.
  • Experience with data cleansing and defining business rules for setting up data quality criteria to build tools that will be used for maintaining data quality and integrity of the SAP system.
  • Have excellent documentation skills to define the functional requirements through functional specs or CR's (change requirements).
  • Experience with cross-functional domains within SAP such as MM, PP, IM, WM, PM, FI-CO, BI/BW, IPPE and DFPS.
  • Experience with Army material master cataloging process is desired.
  • Run conversion programs, ensure that all data is migrated accurately.
  • Perform data verification and provide data reconciliation reports.
  • Monitor and reconcile conversion error logs; conduct root cause analysis and edit/modify/correct messages using utility tools.
  • Resolve error / exceptions arising from use of ETL tools.
  • Understand project deliverables, key milestones, and plan work schedule to meet project deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office suite of tools.

Education:

  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields, with master's degree preferred - experience can replace education.

Clearance: Must be US Citizen and have an active SECRET clearance.
