About the Position:

The Engineering Project Lead will be responsible for supporting integrated product team leads in executing scope and delivering against project commitments for the XM30 vehicle.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead project planning, tracking and control activities
  • Conduct cost & schedule performance analyses and reporting
  • Coordinate schedule updates thru the BCR process
  • Manage staffing demand and actuals reporting
  • Support subcontractor management and related deliverables
  • Ensure work products and deliverables are completed on time and meet quality requirements
  • Manage and mitigate execution risks
  • Brief project leadership routinely on execution status

Requirements for the Position:

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. Other degrees will be considered with relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to form and lead teams
  • Experience in leading design, development and integration of complex systems
  • Proven leadership skills and competencies
  • Ability to identify emerging risks and develop corrective actions and/or mitigation plans
  • Must have excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent business acumen and negotiating skills
  • This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible)
  • Ability to travel as needed
